By accessing or using BongoFleva ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

BongoFleva is a music streaming and download platform focused on Tanzanian and East African music. We provide tools for listeners to discover, stream, and download music, and for artists to upload and distribute their music.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Accounts found to belong to users under 13 will be terminated.

4. Artist Uploads and Content

By uploading music to BongoFleva, you confirm that:

• You own or have the legal right to distribute the uploaded content
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• The content does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• You grant BongoFleva a non-exclusive licence to stream and distribute the content on the platform

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

5. Permitted Use

Music downloaded from BongoFleva is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit downloaded music
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or access the platform in bulk
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Upload malware, spam, or any harmful content
• Impersonate artists or other users

6. Intellectual Property

All music on BongoFleva remains the property of the respective artists and rights holders. BongoFleva's platform design, code, and branding are the property of BongoFleva. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property.

7. Advertising

BongoFleva displays advertisements to support the platform and compensate artists. By using the Platform, you agree to the display of relevant advertisements. Premium features to remove ads may be offered in the future.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.

We are not responsible for the content uploaded by artists or third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BongoFleva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tanzania.
