Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BongoFleva, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided via email or on-site notification.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BongoFleva. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Listener Accounts

As a listener, you may stream and download music made available on the platform for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly perform any content. Downloaded tracks are for offline personal listening only.

4. Artist Accounts

By uploading music to BongoFleva, you confirm that:

  • You own or have the legal right to distribute all uploaded content.
  • Your content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
  • You grant BongoFleva a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to stream, distribute, and promote your music on the platform.
  • You are solely responsible for clearing any sample clearances, co-writer agreements, or label permissions required.

BongoFleva reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or illegal.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract audio from the platform.
  • Use automated tools to access the platform without permission.
  • Impersonate another artist, user, or entity.
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform.

6. Content Removal & Account Suspension

BongoFleva reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

BongoFleva is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
